Responsibilities

• Should be adept at roller skating, as well as coaching & guiding customers.
• Work closely with Unit Management team to move machines/games, monitor payouts and drive maximum revenue possibilities from the current product mix.
• Maintain store compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Customer Service standards.
• Ensure store compliance with the company policy on employment, state laws, health and safety standards.
• Represent the company image in all aspects of personal presentation and adhere to the company dress code.
• Execute sales and promotions promptly and professionally at all times.
• Timely file the checklist for the area of responsibility.
• Monitor activities in the respective area of responsibility.
• Arrange parties as per the checklist.
• Receive guests and reorganize items in the party area according to their requirements.
• Record guest details on the checklist required for final bill preparation.
• Organize party and prepare the final bill.
• Collect money as per the bill.

Qualifications

• 2‑4 years work experience in a roller rink.
• Proficient roller skating skills and ability to coach others.
• Diploma or graduate level education.
