• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to advise clients on business opportunities in the UAE.
• Provide expert guidance on business setup processes, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop customized business plans and strategies tailored to client needs and goals.
• Liaise with government departments and free zone authorities to facilitate smooth business incorporation.
• Support clients in identifying investment opportunities and risk management strategies.
• Deliver presentations and workshops to educate clients on UAE business environment and legal considerations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws, economic trends, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support throughout the setup process.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Consultant or in a related advisory role, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of UAE business laws, regulatory frameworks, and company formation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategic business solutions.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
