We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a data-driven professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing integrated online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Develop and lead digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, including lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness across all digital platforms.
  2. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising). Ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum performance and ROI.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, providing guidance and setting clear performance goals.
  4. Budget & Resource Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are executed within budget while maximizing impact.
  5. SEO & SEM Optimization: Ensure organic search performance through SEO best practices. Oversee and optimize SEM efforts to drive paid traffic, ensuring efficient budget allocation and performance monitoring.
  6. Content Strategy: Work closely with the content team to create and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
  7. Analytics & Reporting: Use data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) to track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate regular reports on ROI, conversion rates, and other key KPIs.
  8. Social Media Management: Lead social media strategy, create paid and organic campaigns, and drive engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  9. Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency and nurture leads through targeted email and content flows.

Qualifications:
  1. Years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaign execution, optimization, and measurable results.
  3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
  4. Strong experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  5. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  6. Knowledge of web design and development principles (HTML/CSS, WordPress, etc.) is a plus.
  7. Strong understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing, UX/UI best practices, and data analysis techniques.
  8. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  9. Creative and strategic thinker with a focus on both short-term results and long-term brand growth.

Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience managing digital marketing teams and agencies.
  2. Expertise in A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and landing page optimization.
  3. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc. is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of video marketing or influencer partnerships.
