• Develop execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta LinkedIn and other paid platforms.

• Plan and manage budgets to meet performance goals while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Create compelling ad creatives and landing page briefs in collaboration with the content and design teams.

• Monitor campaign KPIs daily and adjust strategies to drive traffic conversions and revenue growth.

• Set up track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and platform dashboards.

• Analyze data and A/B test performance to improve clickthrough rates (CTR) conversion rates (CVR) and cost per acquisition (CPA).

• Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

• Work closely with sales content product and design teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.

• Stay up to date with industry trends emerging platforms and best practices in paid media and digital growth.

• Propose new channels tools and strategies to test and expand our marketing efforts.

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager Paid Media Specialist or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of performance channels (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn TikTok Ads etc. and how to scale them.

• Handson experience with tools such as Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Data Studio and Excel.

• Ability to build and interpret datadriven reports and dashboards.

• Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking for ad content and messaging.

• Excellent time management organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.

Salary Range: 6000 AED 8000 AED (based on experience and qualifications.)

This is a fulltime onsite position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
