Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking a qualified individual to perform land and field surveys and execute geodetic calculations. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in Engineering or Surveying and possess a minimum of 7 years experience in road works, bridges, or infrastructure projects. Strong skills in CAD software and good communication abilities for project collaboration are essential. Applicants with prior RTA or Dubai Municipality Survey approval will be prioritized. Job description

Overview

Perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations. Good command on using Autocad/ Microstation. Conversant with use of advanced survey equipment. Interface with client and contractors to determine and verify project survey requirements. Complete the surveying requirements on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets. Check setting-out and levels. Check services locations and ensure their protection. Prepare sketches to support the field work. Maintain all the survey information (field books, sketches and calculations). Measure work done when required. Observe site safety procedures. Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings.
