Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor in Dubai. The role involves conducting field surveys, collaborating with various professionals, and ensuring compliance with local laws. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering and proven experience in the field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in GPS and CAD software are required. Immediate join is preferred for this fulltime position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or engineering projects.
- Ability to analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports.
- Familiarity with local land laws and zoning regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and measurements to establish property boundaries.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors to provide accurate site data.
- Verify calculations and resolve discrepancies in survey data.
