Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments
• Perform setting out for buildings, roads, utilities, and other construction works
• Verify line, level, and alignment as per approved drawings
• Check and confirm dimensions, elevations, and coordinates before and during construction
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure survey works comply with project specifications and local authority requirements
• Assist in resolving site discrepancies and technical issues
• Ensure proper care and calibration of surveying instruments
• Support inspections for authority approvals and completion certificates
