Due to a robust project pipeline, our Abu Dhabi team is rapidly expanding. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Resident Engineer / Senior Site Electrical Engineer (Dry Utilities - Infrastructure) to oversee an infrastructure project based in Madinat Zayed.

• Work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team across various infrastructure, building, and transportation projects.
• Assist the Resident Engineer in managing daily operations, reviewing and approving contractor submittals, and ensuring quality control and assurance.
• Perform routine inspections and monitor construction activities for compliance with codes, standards, and specifications.
• Document nonconformance issues and participate in resolutions.
• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulations.
• Review technical drawings and project documents.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain schedules.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality measures.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance on site.
• Participate in meetings, communicate with team members and clients, and assist in preparing project documentation and change orders.
• Contribute to sustainable construction practices.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years postgraduate experience, with at least 7 years on large projects.
• Regional experience and authority registration are preferred.
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams of moderate size and complexity.
• UAE Driving License.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in infrastructure projects.
