Receiving supplier invoices and entering them into JDE, the finance system.
Checking the coding of all invoices, including overheads.
Performing supplier statement reconciliations.
Resolving queries related to invoices and reports.
Monitoring and resolving integrity reports.
Maintaining the daily filing of accounting papers.
Preparing adhoc reports and analysis.
Managing petty cash control and transactions.
Processing and paying pension contributions monthly.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Proficient in Windows applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
Ability to effectively interact with a multi-cultural workforce at all levels.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently on tasks, following guidance from the Management Accountant.
