Qualifications

Job description

Location: Grove Mall @ Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support the overall financial health of the company.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of UAE financial regulations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management & Reporting: Maintain and reconcile general ledger, journals, and financial statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Budgeting & Analysis: Support in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget deviations. Offer insights and suggestions to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including filing returns and maintaining accurate tax records. Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit preparation. Maintain financial records in accordance with local regulatory and internal policy standards.
  • Systems & Software: Utilize accounting software to manage records and generate reports. Ensure data integrity across finance systems. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities where possible.
