Job summary
A global technology company is seeking to hire a skilled Machine Learning Engineer in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will design and deploy AI solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 7 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, and proficiency in programming languages and cloud platforms. This full-time position requires strong problem-solving skills and expertise in containerization and orchestration tools.

- Operationalize AI and GenAI models ensuring scalability, reliability and performance.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Conduct experiments, analyze results and iterate on models to improve performance.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevOps principles, automation and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn.
- Experience in building single-agent and multi-agent systems (agentic systems).
- Experience with GenAI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.
- Experience with governance, observability and evaluation tools (e.g., Langfuse, LangSmith).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI/ML including Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker and Google AI Platform.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.
- Understanding of deep learning, natural language processing and computer vision.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in Machine Learning/AI related field.
- Banking experience is a plus.
