Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in fit-out and joinery in Dubai. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE. Qualifications

• Open to bilingual speakers, preferably in English-Arabic languages.
• 5–8 years of experience in the interior fit-out / joinery / turnkey renovation industry.
• Proven track record of closing B2C/B2B projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
