Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy machine learning AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Operationalize AI and GenAI models ensuring scalability, reliability and performance.
• Design and implement GenAI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Conduct experiments, analyze results and iterate on models to improve performance.
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps principles, automation and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn.
• Experience in building single-agent and multi-agent systems (agentic systems).
• Experience with GenAI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.
• Experience with governance, observability and evaluation tools (e.g., Langfuse, LangSmith).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI/ML including Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker and Google AI Platform.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of deep learning, natural language processing and computer vision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in Machine Learning/AI related field.
• Banking experience is a plus.
