We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager who is Arabic speaking professional, to lead and oversee all human resources functions across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies that support our business growth, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional HR strategies in alignment with business objectives. - Lead organization management and staffing, talent management, and succession planning across MENA countries. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on HR best practices and employee relations. - Manage performance appraisal processes and facilitate employee development programs. - Oversee compensation and benefits administration within the region. - Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. - Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices and policies. - Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform management decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a regional managerial role within the MENA region. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in UAE in particular and across MENA countries. - Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage cross-border teams. - Proficiency in English; Arabic language is a Must - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
