Black & Grey HR is hiring for a client – a premier provider of exceptional outdoor living solutions – who is looking to hire a skilled Production Manager with extensive experience in aluminium manufacturing.

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet targets and project timelines.
• Monitor and optimize production flow, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure availability of raw materials and resources.
• Manage end-to-end aluminium manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and installation.
• Prepare production reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in production management within the UAE.
• Strong background in aluminium manufacturing is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, materials management, and workflow optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices.
