On behalf of our client, a Food / FMCG manufacturing company, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager with mandatory hands‑on experience in cold‑extracted / mechanically pressed edible oil production (Mustard, Coconut, Sesame, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Engineering / Chemistry or related field
• 10+ years in production leadership within food manufacturing
• Strong exposure to efficiency improvement, people management, and cross‑functional operations
• Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and senior management reporting
• Greenfield/start‑up experience and global machinery sourcing are advantages
