Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in facility management, including 1 year in a luxury hotel.
• Hands-on experience in a Guest Rooms Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Good understanding of Carpentry, Masonry, and Electrical systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms.
• Ensure that all hardware and appliances are present and working.
• Maintain engineering area in a safe and clean manner.
