Job summary
A prominent hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Food Safety & Hygiene Manager to implement and oversee programs ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and environmental standards. The candidate will develop EHS and HACCP manuals, conduct audits, provide training, and liaise with authorities to maintain a safe environment.
