Architectural Designer

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Job Details :

Must have Minimum 5+ years of Dubai experience in designing architectural plans and perspectives, following the building requirements and laws of the Dhabi, dealing with all the authorities including Dubai municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, RTA, Civil Defense, Nakheel, DCM and managing the authority portals and submissions.
Hands on experience in handling Villa projects, G+12 and above projects and commercial projects
Expert with 2D & 3D design and Prepare the Architectural deliverables for a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including production of technical reports, design briefs, specifications, drawings, schedules, contract documentation and the like.
Project Management and Construction coordination experience.
Supervise all activities of project and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications and identify all errors in plans and ensure optimal working of construction personnel.
Manage and maintain accurate field notes and maintain flow of technical information and prepare comprehensive assessment reports for all turbines and generators and associate equipment.
Oversee working of all engineering personnel and inspect all materials and assist to resolve all construction process and recommend improvement to all construction activities and ensure compliance to specifications and construction schedule and prepare all progress reports.
A strong passion for sustainable design and innovative architectural practices.
Self-motivation and a strong enthusiasm for architectural practice, focusing on creating innovative and functional building designs.
Responsible for ensuring technical quality, coordination, integrity and cost effectiveness of designs produced.
Implementation of BIM on projects when required.
Follow design guidelines, standards, and procedures to effectively execute assigned work.
Adhere to assigned budgets and schedules.
Check compliance with Quality, Safety and Environment goals.
