Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP Food Safety Management System.
• Conduct routine inspections of food-related and operational areas.
• Assist with internal audits, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor food handling, storage, and temperature controls.
• Coordinate food, water, and ice testing and maintain records.
• Support food safety and EHS training for Team Members.
• Assist with investigations related to food safety or hygiene concerns.
• Support sustainability initiatives.
