Job summary
A leading HR consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand the client base across the UAE. This role entails promoting HR consultancy services and technology solutions, developing sales plans, nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients, and ensuring effective service delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years of B2B sales experience in HR consultancy, and strong communication skills. A valid UAE driving license is also required.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within HR consultancy.
- Experience selling to COOs, CFOs, HR, Payroll roles.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities
- Promote HR consultancy services and solutions.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients.
- Prepare and present customised proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective service delivery.
- Provide market feedback to support business strategy.
