Job summary

A leading retail and hospitality group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Manager of Finance specializing in Insurance Management. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire procurement, renewal, and administration of insurance policies, manage claims, and act as the primary insurance contact for all business units. The role requires 7–10 years of experience in corporate insurance or risk management, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and an understanding of GCC insurance markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or insurance brokerage.
• Strong understanding of GCC insurance markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing large commercial insurance portfolios and complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, renewal, and administration of all group insurance policies.
• Maintain and review claims registers, track loss ratios, and provide updates to management.
• Act as primary insurance SPOC for all business units and stakeholders.
