A retail management company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor Cum Storekeeper to oversee employees and manage finances. The role includes maintaining quality standards of products and services, evaluating employee performance, and managing inventory. Ideal candidates should possess leadership skills and experience in retail management. Salary ranges from AED 2500 to AED 4500, and the position is open to Asian nationals.
Qualificações
- Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and finances.
Responsabilidades
- Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
- Managing finances and preparing an annual budget.
- Keeping records of expenditures, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks and profit margins.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Supervisor Cum Storekeeper to manage our retail this role your duties will include overseeing employees and finances and controlling the quality of products and services. You may also be required to evaluate the job performance of retail staff.
