Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in managing teams and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with supermarket operations and a strong understanding of retail processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store associates ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by leading by example.
• Monitor the store’s sales performance and assist in developing sales strategies.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report directly to the Store Manager on team performance and operational issues.
