Job summary
A global luxury hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Director, MICE & Events to lead the commercial strategy for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events. This role will drive revenue growth and profitability while ensuring alignment with global and regional teams. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in MICE leadership and strong negotiation skills, along with a degree in Business or a related field.
Qualifications
- 12 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in MICE or events.
- Proven track record of driving MICE revenue growth in luxury hospitality.
- Experience managing high-value global MICE partnerships.
Responsibilities
