A global event management company is seeking a Sales and Business Development professional for a hybrid role based in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will drive the growth of the Resourcing Leaders product through B2B sales and by managing events and relationships. Ideal candidates will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. This role includes flexible hours and opportunities for frequent travel to events and clients.
This is a dynamic hybrid role with a focus on business development and sales (approximately 70%) supported by hands‑on event management and community engagement (approximately 30%). The successful candidate will be a results‑oriented self‑starter responsible for growing our Resourcing Leaders product in the Middle East region. This role requires a professional who is skilled at B2B sales and is adept at leveraging in‑person events as a key tool for lead generation networking and relationship building. This role offers flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule and the needs of our global team.
