Job summary
A recruitment agency based in Dubai is looking for a specialist to manage enterprise event-management platforms. The role involves configuring and enhancing systems like Momentus, providing user support, and ensuring system optimization across departments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly with event management and CRM systems. Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise applications support or implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Momentus or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting CRM, ERP, or workflow-driven business systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and enhance enterprise event-management platforms.
- Manage testing cycles and troubleshoot issues.
