What you’ll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for developing strong relationships within your assigned Groups Events segments to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also seek to increase production and revenue for the hotel in order to meet and exceed annual hotel budgets.
  • Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As an Events Coordinator you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
  • Responsible for contracting and planning group room blocks and meeting spaces from start to finish according to client requirements.
  • You’ll be responsible for preparing all event/group documentation and coordinating with the client and suppliers to ensure consistent high‑level service.
  • Send weekly reports on events & groups to all hotel departments for future business overview.
  • You’ll be in charge of administrative activities of the department.
  • You’ll work in an organized and strategic manner analyzing business reports and data daily to keep updated with the business needs.

What you’ll bring
  • You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.

  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
  • Previous experience in Opera is preferred.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language and any additional languages would be an asset especially Arabic.
