• Managing CRM Operations
• Troubleshoot issues with CRM
• Event Management, Database management, and Analytics
• Handling CRM processes like cycle planning and addressing CRM issues through tickets sent to the team

• Fluency in English
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
• Graduating in 2026 or later
• Education in Tech and Computer Science is preferable
• Proficiency in working with databases
• Good command of Excel, good communication skills, team player, task-oriented with good time management
