Roles and Responsibilities

• perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal across assigned areas
• ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good, safe condition and report any defects or needed repairs
• replenish supplies in restrooms and other communal areas, ensuring they are stocked with necessary products
• follow and uphold all safety and hygiene protocols to provide a safe environment for staff and clients
• coordinate with the maintenance team for any repairs or replacements required within the facilities
• conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing further attention or specific cleaning tasks
• assist in the collaborative planning of cleaning schedules and tasks with team members and supervisors
• respond to immediate cleaning requirements or emergencies to maintain service quality at all times
