About the Job

Education, Ops & Eventing Assistant Manager to join our fabulous Education team based in Dubai.

You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and measuring all educational initiatives and event requirements across the MEA region, ensuring alignment with global strategies while supporting the operational efficiency of the ME Magic Office.

The role combines education coordination, event management, budget oversight, and office organisation to drive impactful training experiences and regional engagement.

Role Accountabilities
  • Manage the training content and creation required for all field communication.
  • Deliver training materials for both digital modules or classroom and translations required for all NPD launches/category upskilling in time for regional training sessions.
  • Align with Global education to ensure regional alignment with Global strategy across all education content maintaining up to date tools & materials for regional needs.
  • Design & collate all surveys, and share results across all training functions, to provide a summary to key stakeholders & retailers if needed and support elevation of education.
  • Work closely with Retail, Commercial, Pro, Marketing and Operations teams, to manage the education & events calendars.
  • Cover all training activity in the region including: Start of a dream induction programme, all NPD launch training deployment, all artistry/skin certification, and development training.
  • Lead the planning of classroom training, activities, retail and consumer facing regional moments, conference, & marketing / PR moments such as Fashion Week, Pro Events and Start of a Dream.
  • Oversee the forecasting and actualisation of all travel and expense costs from the field team, managing and escalating risks and opportunities in the cost centre, working closely with the Finance planner for the region.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar operational role is an advantage with a good understanding of the retail environment.
  • Must be an effective communicator, with excellent English written and verbal skills (grammar checks and proofreading is often required).
  • Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills, with great attention to detail and you are comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Personable and approachable, able to build rapport quickly with anyone.
  • Whilst having the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities as required.
  • Excel at an intermediate level (will require regular use of formulas such as v‑look ups, concatenate, custom filters, tables, and sums etc…)
  • PowerPoint – Creation of presentations, with strong attention to detail.
  • Outlook – can manage a high amount emails and diary management, effectively.
  • Role is based 3 days a week in our office in Dubai, with flexibility to travel, if required.
