You will build and maintain client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the transaction process. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a minimum of 2 years of real estate experience. The role offers a competitive commission structure starting with a base salary of AED 2500, along with various benefits including training, flexible hours, and medical insurance.

High commission structure:
Company-provided leads: 50% commission

Guide clients through the entire transaction process
Collaborate with developers and stay up to date with market trends
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional appearance and attitude
High level of discipline consistency and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong English communication skills
(Turkish Russian or German is a plus)
