Job summary
A construction firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team, focusing on high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in construction, with proven high-rise project experience. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, site coordination, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction projects.
- Proven experience on high-rise projects in Dubai.
- Valid G+Unlimited / G+12 Certificate required.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end project planning, execution, and control.
- Ensure quality, safety, and HSE compliance.
- Timely project delivery as per approved schedules.
Skills
Education
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong high-rise building experience in Dubai to join our growing construction team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / BE – Civil)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects
- Proven Dubai high-rise project experience is mandatory
- Valid G+Unlimited / G+12 Certificate
- Strong background in main contracting
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
- End-to-end project planning, execution, and control
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Effective site coordination and team management
- Subcontractor coordination, monitoring, and follow-up
- Quantity verification, cost control, and reporting
- Ensuring quality, safety, and HSE compliance at all stages
- Timely project delivery as per approved schedules
