A leading technology solutions provider seeks an Inside Sales Team Engineer in Dubai. This role involves interacting with UAE customers, offering technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electronics engineering, at least 3 years of sales experience in Security systems, and strong skills in CRM databases. The position emphasizes relationship building and sales effectiveness in a technical environment.
Inside Sales Team Engineer is a key role reporting to Inside Sales Leader. You will be based in Dubai and support the UAE customers by identifying the requirements from Field Operations, Telephone / Email interaction with the customer, and offering standard and specific solutions and services. This in order to retain customers and maximize opportunities and their success ratio.
The IS Engineer collaborates with Outside Sales, Field Operations, Customer representatives, and technical services resources to ensure proposals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, adhering to JCI’s standards and specifications.
As an IS Engineer, you will be the key point of contact for clients for answering queries and providing basic technical advice and information on new product introductions and modifications.
You will handle Security (Service) system inquiries, follow up with the customers, build and maintain good relationships through at all levels, and coordinate new and repeat sales to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and account retention.
Key aspects of the Inside Sales – Renewal and Labor & Material role are :
You will contribute to sales effectiveness by identifying short‑term and long‑range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
