Job description

As a Territory Lead, Joint Replacement (Dubai), you will champion Stryker’s industry-leading orthopedic solutions—supporting hospitals and surgeons in Dubai with our comprehensive Joint Replacement portfolio. You will partner closely with orthopedic surgeons, operating room teams, and biomedical staff, becoming their trusted expert on implants, surgical workflows, and enabling technologies. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive territory growth through clinical excellence, strong customer partnerships, and strategic execution. The role may also include supporting Mako/robotics where needed.

What You Will Do
  • Define and execute a strategic plan for your territory (Dubai), prioritizing key accounts, managing leads and opportunities, and identifying growth potential.

  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to guide business decisions and uncover new opportunities.

  • Provide clinical support by attending procedures and guiding surgeons and OR teams on implant techniques and surgical workflows. Some exposure to Mako/robotics may be required depending on account needs.

  • Coordinate with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, deliveries, installations, and smooth operational processes. Conduct product demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals, highlighting features, benefits, and clinical applications.

  • Support tender, procurement, and leasing processes, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.

  • Capture and escalate customer feedback or complaints, supporting investigations and communicating actions back to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to support scientific events, trainings, and educational activities.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Stryker’s standards, policies, and quality requirements.

What You Will Need
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical sciences, engineering, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of corporate experience in commercial, technical, or customer-facing roles within the medical device industry
  • Experience working with hospitals, surgeons, or healthcare providers in the Dubai
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High integrity and commitment to patient safety
  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid UAE driving license
Preferred:
  • Experience with Joint Replacement products or technologies
  • Arabic language skills
  • Multinational company experience
