The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively. • Supervise and provide leadership to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of patient-centered care.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
