Job description

As a Clinical Supporter, Joint Replacement (Dubai), you will play a key role in supporting hospitals and orthopedic surgeons in Dubai. You will provide high-quality clinical case support, ensure smooth procedural execution, coordinate operational needs, and deliver exceptional service for Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio. You will work closely with operating room teams, biomedical staff, and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted expert in implants, instrumentation, and surgical workflows. The role may occasionally include supporting enabling technologies such as Mako where relevant.

  • Attend Joint Replacement procedures to provide in-theatre support, ensuring optimal use of Stryker implants, instruments, and workflows.
  • Prepare cases in advance, managing inventory, instruments, and procedural requirements.
  • Guide surgeons, OR teams, and clinical staff on safe and effective product use; support Mako workflows as needed.
  • Conduct product trials, evaluations, and deliver training or workshops for healthcare professionals.
  • Audit and manage theatre stock, including consignment inventory and rotation.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and operational continuity.
  • Complete and submit documentation, case-order forms, and reports; capture and escale customer feedback as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OR staff, surgeons, and clinical teams while supporting local initiatives and events.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager and team to ensure exceptional service and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Uphold Stryker’s quality, compliance, and ethical standards in all activities.
What You Will Need
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, ODP/ODA, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical support or a similar clinical environment
  • Experience supporting procedures in hospitals, operating rooms, or surgical settings
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • High integrity and commitment to patient safety
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid UAE driving license
Preferred
  • Experience with Joint Replacement products or related orthopedic specialties
  • Arabic language skills
  • Experience within a multinational or medical device company
