Reach Group is looking for an experienced Expert Network Engineer with deep expertise in Arista EOS to join a high-performance team in the UAE. This role is critical for designing, optimizing, and maintaining complex, low-latency network environments that power mission-critical operations.

As an Expert Network Engineer, you will work in a large-scale data center environment, leveraging your advanced knowledge of Arista EOS and routing protocols to ensure seamless network performance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, implementing production changes, and driving network optimization in performance-sensitive environments. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects and collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.

• ✓ Design, implement, and optimize network solutions in large-scale data center environments.
• ✓ Configure and maintain Arista EOS-based systems for high availability and low latency.
• ✓ Manage routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EVPN) and multicast technologies for optimal performance.
• ✓ Troubleshoot complex Layer 2/3 issues and ensure robust production change management.
• ✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable network solutions.

• ✓ 10+ years of experience in large network or data center environments.
• ✓ Strong hands-on experience with Arista EOS in enterprise or global data center setups.
• ✓ Deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EVPN) and multicast technologies.
• ✓ Proven background in low-latency networks and performance-critical environments.
• ✓ Solid understanding of Layer 2/3 principles and troubleshooting methodologies.

• ✓ Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
• ✓ Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid data center architectures.
• ✓ Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards.
• ✓ Certifications such as Arista ACE or CCNP/CCIE.
• ✓ Exposure to financial services or other ultra-low-latency environments.
