A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor in Dubai is seeking talented Planning Engineers and Senior Planning Engineers to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects, with responsibilities including developing project schedules, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, relevant planning experience, and strong knowledge of tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or Senior Planning Engineer in residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations in Dubai is a plus.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects within a well-established, industry-leading contractor.
- Develop and manage project schedules for large-scale residential developments
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to timelines
- Prepare detailed planning reports and progress updates for management and stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure all planning activities align with project objectives and client requirements
- Monitor project progress and adjust timelines and resources as necessary
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or Senior Planning Engineer, preferably within the residential sector
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices in Dubai is a plus
