Job summary
A leading civil construction company in Dubai is seeking an Estimator / Cost Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will prepare cost estimates, analyze specifications, and monitor project costs while possessing strong knowledge of UAE market rates. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have 2 to 4 years of UAE experience in a similar role. Competitive salary and career growth opportunities are offered.

- 2 to 4 years of UAE experience as an Estimator / Cost Controller in civil construction or contracting.
- Familiarity with quantity take-off tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of contracts and cost control principles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and price comparisons for civil construction projects.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to assess scope and quantities.
- Support tendering and post-tender clarifications in coordination with engineering teams.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
- Assist in preparing cost reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with procurement for material and subcontractor pricing.
- Maintain and update cost databases.
