Join Our Team as an Undergraduate Project Surveyor!

Are you ready to dive into the world of project surveying? We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Undergraduate Project Surveyor to join our Quantity Surveying team and gain some seriously cool hand‑on experience with building projects! You’ll work alongside senior Project Surveyors learning all about cost management tendering and keeping projects on track.

What You’ll Do:
  • Help measure quantities for cost plans, estimates and bills of quantities.
  • Get involved in preparing tender docs, viability studies and cost estimates.
  • Assist with keeping costs under control throughout projects.
  • Provide valuable input for financial claims and evaluate changes in cost reports.
  • Help prepare change orders and test market rates.
  • Maintain technical libraries and databases for cost analysis.
  • Support report formatting, data management and quality checks.

Qualifications :

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Completing a Bachelors in Civil Engineering
  • Expected Graduation: 2026 (final‑year students).
  • GPA: Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) to be considered.
  • Eligibility: As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
Additional Information :
  • Start Date: Rolling intake from March to May 2025.
  • Duration: 12 months from start date.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Customised schedules to accommodate academic commitments.
