Job summary

A leading power solutions provider is seeking a Projects Construction Manager to oversee site execution activities for overhead and underground cable works in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, along with 10-15 years of experience in EHV/HV power transmission projects. Responsibilities include managing site activities, developing execution plans, and supervising various teams. The position demands compliance with HSE protocols and effective client coordination for inspections and approvals. Relevant GCC and UAE experience, particularly with DEWA projects, is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in EHV/HV power transmission and distribution projects.
  • Proven experience in OHL and UG cable installation.
  • Strong coordination with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site execution activities for OHL and UG cable works.
  • Develop weekly and monthly execution plans.
  • Supervise civil and electrical teams for installation.
