CyberArrow is currently investing significant resources to deliver successful revenue increase across its Enterprise GRC and Awareness Platform offerings. Account Managers have a critical role in providing customer acquisition.

The Position
Requirements
  • Min 5 years' experience in enterprise sales in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven ability to identify decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Champion mindset.
  • Ability to manage relationships with C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with key information security tools and vendors.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze and structure the market, customers, and opportunities to prioritize activities effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Generate additional revenue streams.
  • Maintain and enhance existing business relationships.
  • Achieve a minimum annual revenue target of USD 2 million.
  • Coordinate product demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and manage tender processes.
  • Work together with channel partners and distributors to generate additional revenue.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Must‑haves
  • Exposure to enterprise sales through a channel‑model.
  • Min 5 years' experience in enterprise sales in Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • University degree.
  • Proven track record of hitting set KPIs.
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Experience within the GRC field and/or SaaS offerings.
  • Been part of fast‑growing start‑ups in the tech industry before.
  • Knowledge of the Cyber security GRC market.
