A leading event management company in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Experience Programming Manager for a 4-month contract. This hands-on role involves translating festival programs into operational plans, managing coordination with suppliers and performers, and ensuring all activities meet company standards. Candidates should have live event experience and strong organizational skills, with cultural awareness of UAE audiences. Arabic speaking is preferred.

The Assistant Experience Programming Manager supports the Experience Programming Manager & Director in bringing the festivals entertainment and guest facing activities to life. Youll help operationalize the curated program across all zones manage suppliers performers and partners and troubleshoot on site challenges to ensure seamless visitor experiences.
This is a festival site based role. The candidate must be present on location throughout the full duration of the festival including build rehearsals and live days to ensure programming runs seamlessly.
