A leading event management company in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Experience Programming Manager for a 4-month contract. This hands-on role involves translating festival programs into operational plans, managing coordination with suppliers and performers, and ensuring all activities meet company standards. Candidates should have live event experience and strong organizational skills, with cultural awareness of UAE audiences. Arabic speaking is preferred.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in live events, festivals, or entertainment programming.
- Strong track record in zone management and supplier/talent coordination.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and decision-making under pressure.
- Experience working with creative, technical, and operational teams.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- Cultural awareness of UAE/GCC audiences.
- Arabic speaking preferred.
Responsabilités
- Translate the festival program into operational schedules and plans.
- Manage daily coordination with suppliers, performers, and partners.
- Supervise zones ensuring activities run on time.
- Act as an on-ground problem solver, elevating major issues.
- Support crowd flow safety and audience engagement.
- Ensure partner experiences are integrated into the program.
- Deliver daily zone reports on performance and operational issues.

The Assistant Experience Programming Manager supports the Experience Programming Manager & Director in bringing the festivals entertainment and guest facing activities to life. Youll help operationalize the curated program across all zones manage suppliers performers and partners and troubleshoot on site challenges to ensure seamless visitor experiences.
- Translate the festival program into detailed operational schedules & delivery plans under senior guidance.
- Manage daily coordination with suppliers performers and partners to ensure readiness & quality.
- Supervise specific zones or activations on site ensuring activities run on time and meet LINKVIVAs standards.
- Act as an on the ground problem solver; elevate major issues to the Manager/Director.
- Support crowd flow safety and audience engagement via collaboration with operations H&S and security teams.
- Ensure branded activations / partner led experiences are smoothly integrated into the wider program.
- Deliver daily zone reports on performance engagement and operational issues.
- Step in for the Manager when needed to ensure continuity across zones.
- Contribute to post event reporting sharing insights from live delivery.

- Strong track record in zone management and supplier/talent coordination.

This is a festival site based role. The candidate must be present on location throughout the full duration of the festival including build rehearsals and live days to ensure programming runs seamlessly.
