Job Description

• Diagnose and repair complex AC system failures in vehicles and chillers, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint issues accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance, including refrigerant charging, filter replacements, and belt adjustments, ensuring optimal system performance and longevity.
• Conduct thorough system inspections to identify leaks, corrosion, and component wear, proactively addressing potential problems before they escalate.
• Replace faulty AC components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion valves, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and proper disposal of hazardous materials.
• Manage and maintain inventory of AC parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for efficient repair operations.
• Electrical repairs and trouble shooting skills,
• Light Commercial vehicles, Buses and Heavy vehicles

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of AC systems.
• Offers a minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience in automotive AC and chiller repair, showcasing practical expertise.
