Hiring Floor Manager for Qatar
Job summary
A leading restaurant management company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Floor Manager. The candidate will supervise staff, optimize table turnover, and ensure high standards of guest service. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-volume dining environments is required, along with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and experience in GCC countries is preferred. The role offers the opportunity to elevate guest experiences in a vibrant restaurant atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high-volume casual or fine-casual dining environment.
- Proven track record of managing FOH teams in fast-paced restaurant settings.
- Prior experience working in Qatar or other GCC countries is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the performance of servers, captains, hosts, and support staff.
- Maintain consistent high standards of guest service.
- Optimize table turnover and seating capacity.

- Enforce strict adherence to staff grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor POS system functionality, billing accuracy, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health regulations, and Qatar municipality requirements
- Support management with daily reporting, duty roster planning, and inventory coordination
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high-volume casual or fine‑casual dining environment
- Proven track record of managing FOH teams in fast‑paced restaurant settings
- Prior experience working in Qatar or other GCC countries is highly preferred
- In‑depth knowledge of FOH operations, service protocols, and guest experience management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam is an advantage
- Kerala background preferred.
