About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Resort Executive to join our team of Marketing & Communications at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Support the Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager with day‑to‑day tasks, deadlines, and project coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation, approvals, and internal forms.
  • Assist with OTA (Online Travel Agency) updates, including content uploads, rate checks, imagery, and amenities information.
  • Assist in updating website content, including copy changes, promotions, images, and listings.
  • Assist in the creation, update, and coordination of basic marketing materials (e.g., flyers, menus, brochures, fact sheets).
  • Support in preparing reports and presentations for the marketing team and leadership.
About You
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related field.
  • Few years of previous experience in the same role will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, OTA platforms, and website CMS tools.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a motivated team player.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
