The Store Director will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading the team, and representing the brand's values and image.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team to meet sales goals and ensure excellent customer service.
• Implement marketing strategies and develop customer relationships through CRM activities and events.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Oversee store operations, HR policies, stock management, and security procedures.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and financial regulations.

Profile

Qualifications include a graduate or equivalent, with senior retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is preferred. The candidate should be results-oriented, innovative, and well-connected locally, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
