Drive marketing initiatives for our digital car rental platform, including leading brand development and customer acquisition

As a pivotal member of our executive team, you will be instrumental in shaping the marketing landscape of our digital car rental company. Drive comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee brand development, lead customer acquisition efforts, and leverage innovative campaigns to position us as a leader in the evolving mobility sector. Bring your visionary leadership and strategic prowess to lead a dynamic marketing team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our innovative platform

Responsibilities
  • Help establish business objectives, strategies, campaigns, and tactics that will successfully meet the financial plan;
  • Management of creation all kind of content (articles, video, advertisement) and its delivery;
  • Management of performance-oriented lead generation;
  • Determination of KPI and preliminary calculation of efficiency;
  • Build agency and channel vendor relations to support all the needs of marketing;
  • Management of paid traffic channels (SEO / SEM / SERM / E-mail marketing / CPA networks and affiliate programs / Marketplaces / Dynamic remarketing systems / Advertising systems of social networks / CPC / CPA channels);
  • Analytics of performance indicators of the specified channels;
  • Interaction with bloggers and opinion leaders;
  • Development and implementation of cross-marketing projects;
  • Search for new formats / sources;
  • Analysis of the market / competitors / trends;
  • Optimize conversions, build web and business analytics;
  • Improve the efficiency of conversion support channels (events, calls, e-mail, retargeting, etc.);
  • Define the strategy for going to market and the correct KPI, securing and managing the budget.
  • Lead and manage all creative concept work and coordinate with performance team for marketing measurement;
  • Manage brand marketing budgets;
  • Execute on multi-channel marketing promotions across social media, events and conference, content releases, PR distribution, digital marketing channels;
  • Prepare for marketing collateral, compiling industry researches and marketing event recap and reports;
  • Organize promotional events and conferences while managing all project delivery elements within time limits;
  • Track key event performance metrics and identify items to work on for future initiatives;
  • Organize and present marketing performance reports;
  • Own and identify and champion projects that will have brand and business impact;
  • Stay current on market, competition, and trends including analyzing current marketing tactics, concepts, practices and procedures;
  • Establish and monitor performance-reporting systems (i.e. track performance against goals and provide regular updates to the CEO and the CFO);
  • Develop, implement, and measure marketing campaigns to connect with key customer segments and meet revenue targets;
  • Support growth of brand strategy among internal marketing teams, including loyalty, customer experience, digital marketing, and social media;
  • Drive brand strategy updates across organization to successful execution.
