You will act as a strategic right‑hand to senior leadership, helping steer the company's operations, strategic initiatives, and cross‑functional alignment. As Chief of Staff, you will support major business decisions, lead critical projects, and ensure alignment across departments to accelerate growth and operational excellence. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8‑12 years of professional experience in strategy, operations management, or business leadership roles preferably in BPO, outsourcing, IT services, or service delivery environments.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional initiatives and delivering business results.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
