InTalent is seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands‑on experience and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.

• Active involvement in the deployment of the company's marketing plan and close collaboration with management to ensure digital campaigns align with the overall business strategy.
• Management of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Be the face and voice of our brand on social media and craft scroll‑stopping content that taps into the latest trends, challenges, and sounds (humor, education, behind‑the‑scenes, and anything that sparks joy).
• Collaborate and manage influencer marketing partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree (fresh graduate) or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in graphics designing, particularly in Canva. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills will be an added advantage.
• High proficiency in writing content in English and fluent in the English language.
• The ability to represent InTalent with creativity, confidence, and a positive demeanor on social media platforms.
• An energetic personality that brings enthusiasm to the team.
• A knack for suggesting and incorporating positive changes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
